Just received this from UPS today and the install went pretty easily and I am soooo glad I changed this out. I've dealt with my problem drive for over a year. I would burn a new cd and about halfway through it the player would lose where in the song it was then tell me to check my new cd.Or when it was cold it would tell me its initializing forever and never work until it got warm.But this new one is working flawlessly its like night and day. If you have a GM 6CD radio and its skipping for no reason even with a new cd in it then this is the fix for you. Just like the website says VERIFY that your old one is compatible with this one before you order and you won't be disappointed.
