Chevrolet GMC CD radio Volume Knob + Power button 03+ Truck SUV
$23.00
If you're in need of a brand new Volume/Power button assembly for a GM truck/SUV CD6 radio like the one pictured, you've come to the right place. GM has clamped down on these so they're getting really hard to find! Compatible radios started appearing in 2003 in full-size trucks/SUVs (and 2004 in full-size vans and mid-size SUVs.) However, just because your vehicle is a 2003 or newer does NOT mean you should be ordering from this listing. Some vehicles used other styles up to 2005. To determine if these are the right buttons for you, pull your volume assembly off. If there is green and white plastic behind the button, this is the right listing. If, however, you have a metal shaft sticking out of the radio, you cannot use these. You need to be in our 2000+ car/mini-van listing instead.

This is NOT a listing for ANY other knob or button. We can no longer get the other ones. (In fact, we can't get these anymore either but we have enough left we can still sell them.)

This is for ONE Volume/Power button and knob. These radios use a two-piece arrangement for the volume/power assembly. There is a knob around the outside and a button on the inside. Both parts are included in this listing. There is a white plastic core behind the button, as well as a rubber 'contact' gasket. You will probably need to re-use these pieces from your current assembly. This listing is for the knob and the gray button only.

Installation instructions are not included. You shouldn't be repairing a radio if you're not qualified. Having said that, installation of the volume, tune and audio knobs are easy. The old ones pop off if you give them a firm tug. All other buttons require removal of the radio, then the radio face and, finally, the board from the back of the face. Make sure the radio is unplugged from the vehicle before it is repaired!! Your VIN is stored in memory so the radio won't lock.
