This package includes the Sirius SCC1 tuner and antenna. If you already own a compatible interface unit (be it VAIS, PAC, Peripheral or some other brand), you can add this to complete your Sirius kit. This is not a stand-alone kit. You must use it with an interface and the appropriate cabling! This is not the tuner that any of the factory radios use.
