SUMMARY
This is a VERY hard-to-find VW Beetle am/fm/CD Monsoon radio. It does not have the Satellite button. It does play standard audio format CDs and CDRs, as well as MP3 format CDRs. It is Delco part number 12244713 or 28007235. It is VW part number 1C0035196M. They had various versions of this radio, depending on the options your vehicle had. If yours has a different letter at the end (other than M), there is probably something different about it. It may not be a major difference but it is a difference. Please confirm this is the one you need by matching it to your radio or asking your VW dealer, because returns are not accepted.

ADDITIONAL INFO
** The early 2004 Beetles had a different wiring configuration and this does not work in them. If you have a 2004, the last 6 digits of your VIN must be 410661 or higher in order for it to be compatible in your vehicle.
This radio is very nice. It is new. The face has a weird texture to it that scratches very easily and they have been handled a few times. As a result, these may have very minor blemishes on them. But they are new and have never been used. Overall a very nice radio. We are including a 90 day warranty* on this unit.
If the security feature has been activated, it will be your responsibility to get it unlocked. There is a factory sticker affixed to the unit that should help with this. You may have to get a VW dealer involved. You should also note that returns for refunds or credits are not allowed on this item. Replacement would be your only option.
