Incredible service... received to Toronto area within 3 days of order.
Product works great, no issues.

Do note that this radio will require GM Dealer to program the VIN in order for your car to start. Otherwise you need access to a GM Tool to get it done.
Note to future buyers, this radio take like 10 min. max to remove and replace so you may consider doing it at the dealer to avoid any towing charges that maybe involved since your car won\'t start even if you put the old radio back in.

This may have been an intricacy of using a US radio in a Cdn car? Also, some of the features don\'t work now likely due to the incompatibility like the INFO button on the steering wheel possibly due to a lack of communication?


Either way, this was a great purchase and would purchase again.

Reply by ReplacementRadios on 3/13/2017: Programming will only take care of functionality issues if the correct part number is purchased. There are often different part numbers for the Canadian radios. It is likely the customer had a slightly different part number from the one ordered. If not, it was programmed incorrectly by the dealership.
