This interface by Grom Corp works perfectly. I attached it to the back of the radio in my Honda odyssey with a bit of velcro (yes there is room back there). I used a pair of extension cables (male to female USB, female to female audio) to put a connection point in the corner of the small glove box that is in the dash board of the Honda just below the radio. This unit reads a thumb drive just as if it were a CD changer.
