I have a 2006 Lexus IS250 with Navigation. I installed the Vaistech SL3B last week and so far it\'s been GREAT. With the help of installation YouTube videos on how to remove the existing unit from my vehicle, the installation went smooth. I took my time on this installation and it took me about 2 hours. I\'m sure other DIY installers could probably take much less, but I decided to take my time. This unit is basically a Plug and Play type of installation. Thankfully for Lexus, the removal of the harness that is located at the rear of my stereo/navigation unit is not all the same, so it made it easy to place the correct harness in their respective locations. Once that was all completed, it was time to program the unit to synchronize with my cell phone/Bluetooth. This is where I had a difficult time with. Depending on what format you chose there are several PINS that needed to be placed in an up and down position(s). Initially, my Bluetooth did not recognize the unit (SL3B) nor did my stereo/Bluetooth. By some luck, my phone and stereo Bluetooth began communicating and it began working. I played music from my phone\'s library and it worked well. My stereo/Bluetooth recognized the songs and text information showed up on my display. Everything that Vaistech had advertised and stated. I currently having problems with running/streaming Pandora. When I switch stations, the text readout on my display does catch on. I would have to turn off my stereo/Bluetooth and turn off the Pandora on my phone then restart it in order for the station\'s text information to display on my screen. I emailed Vaistech and they informed me that it was a program (Pandora) issue and not the Vaistech unit. Vaistech\'s response was very fast and immediate. So far I am very happy with my unit and I would recommend anyone who has a Lexus/Toyota vehicle to install one. I have purchased over $105.00 worth of different and various brands/types of Bluetooth streaming devices that plug into the AUX port of my vehicle and I get too many different \"Side affects\" of issues, but this Vaistech unit solved it all. In addition, Replacement Radios had the best price on the Vaistech SL3B and there customer service before and after the purchase is TOP GRADE. Thank you Replacement Radios.
