Installed the Grom Sat to Aux adapter in a 2005 Nissan Maxima with factory Bose without navigation. The install went perfect. I tapped into the yellow power wire on the factory harness with the Posi tap connector (which I have never saw before, I had to Youtube how to use it and it is very simple and convenient). The audio sounded great with my old iPod classic and my cellphone. What I wanted to do was use a cheap Android tablet with the adapter but the tablets DAC for the headphone jack is terrible, I was getting no bass and the sound was plain, but when using Bluetooth audio on other speakers it sounds great. My solution to this was to buy a cheap $4 bluetooth to AUX adapter on eBay. I connected this to the Grom's aux line and it sounds GREAT. Now I don't need to plug wires in every time I get in the car. I should have just went with the Grom adapter with bluetooth to begin with but this one was cheaper. If you are looking for an aux input solution for your Maxima, this is it.
