DETAILS

This device allows you to add Bluetooth streaming music capabilities to any vehicle with a standard 3.5mm auxiliary input jack. It is very small in appearance (@1"x2") so it does not stand out like a sore thumb. Use it to play music from your phone, iPod, etc. Once it is paired to your device it will automatically connect each time you get in the car. (Although you should note additional Bluetooth receivers in your vehicle, like a hands-free phone system, may 'compete' with this device for your default connection.)

This is a rechargeable device. There is a battery built in. You will charge it with the provided USB to micro-USB cable. It typically provides 4 hours of audio playback between charges. However, please note that battery life is often dependent on your charging habits. Batteries can develop 'memory' and, if you're constantly charging it before it is run completely down, you are effectively reducing the battery life. If you have a USB port in your vehicle (or a cigarette lighter USB adapter) you can plug this in and charge it, but not at the same time it is playing music.

This is our standard version of the Bluetooth receiver. What makes it standard and not premium? For one thing, it uses a two side aux plug. One side plugs in this device and the other plugs in your vehicle aux jack. The aux jack is not a permanent part of this unit, meaning there is an extra connection point. It's usually best to eliminate as many connection points as possible. One more thing this dual input plug does is extend the unit away from the radio about an inch more than the premium version, making it a little easier to bump accidentally. The other features this does not have that the premium version has is a built-in microphone and the ability to charge it while it is in use.

Please note that appearance may vary slightly from the pictures, as it comes in a couple different styles that are identical in their feature set.
