I was skeptical to send my radio of my 1998 GM vehicle away to repair the face plate lights (All burn out). After reading a few reviews I decided to give it a try. I purchase the service online of a Thursday, sent it out via USPS the same day and received my radio back the Wednesday after that. Incredible customer service, and fast service. The Radio was return fully repaired and I could not believe that I have spent over 4 years with lights in my radio. I highly recommend this service.
