I had the lighting repaired on my 2004 Suburban radio. The turn around time was faster than the vendor suggested. I'm in Calif. and I thought the shipping time would slow the process down, but I was wrong. Replacement Radios did a nice job of packing the radio in the package as to not incur any damage during the shipping process. I will definitely use replacement radios for service in the future. You ought to consider them as well!
