If you've got a 2000 or newer GM car or minivan (or an 02-03 S10/Sonoma truck, Blazer, Envoy or Trailblazer) with a bad CD drive, this is the repair service for you. We will repair or replace your existing single CD drive (typically within 3 business days) and return the radio to you. (CD drives for MP3 radios are not covered under this repair.) The repair includes a 6 month warranty.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your package without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week. Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.
ADDITIONAL INFO
The VIN is stored in memory in your radio so it should work when you plug it back in your vehicle.
CD drives for MP3 radios are not covered under this repair. We do not repair the MP3 drives at this time.
This is only for the CD and CD/Cass radios that look like the one pictured. Further, it is only for the cars and minivans.
Any other repairs which are required are not covered at this price. If you need an additional repair, please contact us for a repair estimate.
The radios pictured are merely examples of the common GM radios from this era. If your radio is a single CD or CD/Cass and looks similiar to any of them shown, this is the right repair service for you.
DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
