I took them the radio out of my truck, with the CD player not working, on Friday and they sent it back to me at no shipping cost. I received it the following Tuesday and it worked great when I put it back in the truck. Their charges and turn around time were very good in my opinion as I checked with a couple of other places to compare before deciding to go with Replacement Radios.
