Overall, the service at Replacement Radios is as advertised. I placed my order online with Replacement Radios on a Wed. night, mailed it on Thursday, tracked its arrival in Effingham, IL, on a Monday, and received my fixed radio on Wed. The turnaround time was excellent, and as far as I can tell, the cd drive works like new!
