My CD player failed after a battery/alternator issue. I learned later a standard Jeep/Chrysler problem.I sent it to Replacement Radios for repair, They e-mailed me and reminded me that I instructed them to return 6 cd's I had in the broken player,however , I overlooked the box to check for this extra service..this was my error. After I corrected my order, They repaired and return the radio and the cds about a week later.Good service,good communication, and the cd's returned. I can recommend Replacement Radios to anyone.
