I was so glad I found this website for my radio repair. I thought that it was a theft code that kept my radio from playing CDs, but after taking the radio out, and removing a cover plate I saw that a gear in the CD loading mechanism was stripped. That's when I found your site. I like keeping my vehicles as original as possible and you made that possible. The process of getting my cd mechanism fixed was so easy and very reasonable, as a new radio would have cost $300 from some sites and $700 from Chrysler. I would recommend your company and repair services to all of my friends and family. The total process from removal, shipping and having it returned was about 10 days. Very reasonable since shipping to and from probably took up 6 days of those 10.
