I shipped my OEM Chrysler RBQ 6 CD changer to ReplacementRadios.com on 12/28/15. The radio worked, but the CD changer didn't function. Received it back (repaired) on 1/4/16. This was much faster than I was expecting considering the holiday. Installed it the next day and it works great. Smooth process, just follow the instructions.
