This is a plastic storage tray and rubber insert from an assembly line leftover console. They have never been in a vehicle. (We have various other individual parts from the consoles available in other listings. Please email if you have questions.) They are in excellent condition. They came from a base model console without a door over the forward storage compartment. A console with GM part number 84045602. (But you are only getting the pieces pictured.) Match the console part number to be sure you're getting the right version.

To be clear, the rubber insert you receive will not go inside the tray you receive. It drops down in the bottom of the main console storage bin. The tray lays on 'rails' at the top of the storage bin, directly under the lid.
