My digital display died on my original radio and the dealer gave me an estimate of $450 to replace my radio with a new one from GM. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a replacement radio on line. I was also worried about the new radio being locked after the installation and the hassle of bringing the car into the dealer so that they could reprogram the computer to make the new radio work in my car. I'm happy to say that everything worked out great. I purchased this unit from Replacement Radios, installed it in about a half hour and it worked right out of the box without having to take the car to the dealer. I had some questions before I made the purchase. The GM part number on my old radio didn't match the part number of the new radio from Replacement Radios, but I sent an email in with my question and Kevin informed me that my part number was a 2009 part number and the part number listed on line was a 2008 part number, otherwise, the radios are the same. Everything worked out great. I'm glad I made the purchase and saved myself over 300 bucks in the process. Good Deal!
