This is the changer cable that was used to connect the head unit to the in-dash 4 and 6 CD changers that were offered from 2002*-2007.
*This has the square plug on the changer side and the square plug on the radio side. Some 2002 and all 2001 and older radios that had changer controls used a different (round) changer plug on the back of the radio.
