Ford dealerships wanted a minimum of $400 which included removing the radio, sending it out of state, and eventually reinstalling the radio. I went to many places on both the Internet and to local audio shops. One Ford dealer said to take out the radio and buy a new aftermarket unit. Of course that would not look right with different backlighting, etc. The only trouble with my radio was the disc player was jammed. I found Replacement Radio on the Internet, ordered a new original unit and it was shipped to me in less than a week. It came in exactly as stated, matched my unit perfectly and took less than twenty minutes to remove my radio and replace it with the new radio. It worked perfectly. No problems whatsoever.
A great place to do business and gets a ten star rating from me.
