Is your radio and CD player working but your display screen is blank? Is the face code on your radio 7BK1, 7BK2, 7BY1, 7BY2, 7FY1 or 7FY2? If so, this is the repair for you. We will replace your display control board with brand new parts within 3 days of receiving your radio, then send it back to you. The return shipping is free. The repair is covered by a 6 month warranty.
This is only for radios with a built in CD6 changer. It is not for single CD or navigation radios. It does not fix
any other problems. Just a blank display.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to
slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your radio without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week.
Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.
DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
Please also be sure to remove all CDs from the radio before sending it in. CD6 mechanisms are prone to shipping damage if sent with CDs inside them.
