I bought a 2002 Thunderbird and the CD changer did not work, there were 6 CD's stuck in it and it would not play. I have been looking for a used OEM unit but these Thunderbird Radios are about impossible to find. I was checking into having my radio repaired and I found this site and noticed that they sell parts as well as repair OEM units. I didn't want to mess with sending my unit out so I ordered this CD drive mechanism. I placed my order late Monday night and it arrived Wednesday. I replaced the mechanism and it was fairly easy to do, everything is working great. Thanks for the great product, fast shipping and the tracking info.
