The product arrived in a timely manner, packaged extremely well. NO Damage!
This drive is exact as advertised, and replacement installation (by a complete amateur ME) was very simple.
The only tools needed to complete this job are a Philips head screw driver, a 5mm nut driver and a T-10 torque driver.
Very straight forward plug and play.
