Ford 2015+ instrument panel gauge cluster drive motor
$9.99

DETAILS

This is a factory original Ford gauge cluster drive motor from a 2018 F150 cluster. (The version with 2" or 4" screen.) They are from a New Old Stock assembly line leftover cluster that was never installed in a vehicle. The Ford engineering number is unknown, if there even is one. (Ford normally sends clusters off to a service center for all repairs.) The manufacturer (Sonceboz) number is 6403R200. It appears to have been used in clusters for many manufacturers.

Disassembly of your cluster will be required. We do not provide detailed instructions for cluster removal OR part replacement. (You should not be attempting it if you are not qualified.) We can say that, for the 2018-ish F150, there are 10 screws that need removed from the back side of your cluster first, then there are three tabs you pry up to pull your existing lens off. The needles then pop off if pulled on. The overlay should lift out at that point and the board is held in place by a few tabs you just bend away from the board while pulling it free. You will then have to pry your existing motors off the board gently, so-as to avoid damaging the board. (They are held on by a couple plastic clips and some metal tabs that must not be damaged during install.)

APPLICATIONS

According to our information, they will work in the F150 from 2015-2020. They are listed for clusters with 2" and 4" screens. They appear to have also been used in clusters for many other vehicles and manufacturers.
