This is a Metra 70-5702 Turbo-wire reverse (female) harness for the subwoofer system (MACH or Audiophile) in most 1998-2003+ Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles. It is part of the plug set commonly referred to as the World Wide plugs. You would use this plug if you were tying to integrate your factory sub system with an after market radio OR if you are trying to put a newer Phase II Ford radio in your vehicle and need to adapt the World Wide sub plug to the newer Phase II version.

As you can see, it has left and right male RCA jacks for audio, as well as power and ground leads.
