Product was as promised. Brand New radio (how they got em I do not know). Adapter was made by craftsman with great ability, and it was a very easy install-plugin and play! I did have the illumination problem elsewhere discussed, but customer said to leave it like it was, (rather than cut n splice two wires that would rectify problem). If I would have had to do that operation, it would have been nice to have those two wires-dimmer & illumination-identified, but would not have been to hard to find.

Reply by Replacement Radios on 12/3: Yes. Some vehicles, especially really old ones, use a different illumination method, as indicated in the ad. Our adapter uses aftermarket standard wire colors so the illumination and dimmer wires are easy to identify. They are orange.
