Got the radio today and installed it in my 1993 Ranger Splash with no problems. I upgraded the front and rear speakers beforehand as well.
This radio is MUCH MUCH better than my stock Ford cassette player that came with the truck and it sounds great!
Apparently it has much more powerful outputs from the amp than my stock Ford radio too. So the speaker upgrade, I would say is a must if you are still using 24 year old factory speakers.
Anyhow, I am quite pleased with my purchase and give big thumbs up to Replacement Radios.
Just one thing, my curiosity is driving me to finding out just what Ford vehicle this radio was designed to fit in originally???
