This is a factory original Ford gauge cluster needle set for 2" or 4" screen. They are from an XLT cluster, so they have the silver trim but they can be used on the XL model as well. They are from a New Old Stock assembly line leftover cluster that was never installed in a vehicle. The Ford engineering number for the needles is unknown. There are two large ones and four smaller ones.

Disassembly of your cluster will be required. We do not provide instructions for cluster removal OR lens replacement. (You should not be attempting it if you are not qualified.) We can say we've found it the lens replacement to be pretty easy though. There are 10 screws that need to be removed from the back side of your cluster first, then there are just three tabs you pry up to pull your existing lens off. The needles just pop off when pulled on. Then repeat in reverse for reassembly.
