This is the mounting bracket for the DVD system that was apparently offered in some 2010-2012 Ford Flex and Lincoln MKT vehicles. It is manufactured by Invision. An internet search leads us to believe it is for their Revolution or SL7 model. It is designed to install in the Ford/Lincoln headrest.

They usually make different versions for the different years and models so check the photos closely. If you are not replacing the exact same thing, it obviously may not work for you.
