This is a factory original (OEM) Ford remote 10 CD changer. They had multiple versions, and we don't have all of them, so make sure your engineering (part) number has been confirmed with us BEFORE purchasing from this listing. We've created this listing as a catch-all, rather than list a bunch of individual parts. Don't assume it's so generalized because every Ford changer works in every application. They definitely do not!
It includes a 30 day warranty. It is in good condition since it has been remanufactured, but does have minor blemishes from previous use. (During remanufacturing, they typically only replace a part if it is damaged.)
Returns are not accepted for any reason other than functional defect. No refunds, exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, credits, etc will be granted. Make sure it is the correct unit for you BEFORE ordering. If you don't check your number and communicate with us before purchasing, be prepared to keep it if it turns out not to be right. If you don't think you can live with that possibility, despite the relatively low dollar amount, please look into options from other sellers.
