I recently purchased this older vehicle because it had a wheelchair lift already installed, and my only reason for replacing the radio was to upgrade from 1 CD to 6. I wish it had come with a user manual, but I was very careful to get the exact same unit that was already in the van (aside from the number of CDs it holds), so everything was easy enough to figure out. Even being disabled, I was able to swap them in about 30 minutes, and that includes the time it took to open the box and get it out of the bubble wrap. It was very securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. And the shipping was amazing. I placed the order in the middle of the night on Monday which was a Federal holiday, received it on Wednesday, and installed it the same afternoon. But the best part was the price ... less than half the cost of any other retailer I found!
