Finding an OEM radio for my 2003 Chevy Silverado didn't yield any results through salvage yards. The OEM radio only works for the 2003/04 model years due to security systems. Once I discovered Replacement Radios, the search was over. They had the radio in stock and had it to me in a few days. It also comes with a warranty.
