I want to start off by saying Kevin is an outstanding customer oriented employee. I received the CD drive and it did not work. I mentioned that there was a little dent on the corner of the box but did not dwell on it. So I managed to send the wrong one back - my old broken one. When Kevin told me of my error I sent the one I purchased back. It did not work. When Kevin received it he indicated that it had been damaged from dropping. I did not realize at the time that the original box the corner of been crushed and I thought it was so minor that it would not have caused a problem. But when I brought it up again Kevin identified that the damage probably occurred when the box was damaged in the original shipment and they sent me a replacement which works great.
I will continue to do business with such a customer oriented business and refer friends to it!
