Service was good and product was delivered as promised. Problem was that the INFO button does not work (will not come out after being pressed. Like spring is missing.). This is not a major issue since it is not something that is used all the time but you would expect a radio being sold as working would work 100%.

--Reply by ReplacementRadios on 3-16-20: There is a rubber cone that should be at the base of that button. Perhaps it has merely popped out of place. The button can be popped off from the front, so it is easily addressed.
