Great A+ experience! My local dealer had quoted replacing my radio at $650 for time (2-hours of labor) and materials ($325 for the radio). I searched and found Replacement Radio, bought the unit PLUS added the programming for a total of $219.99. It shipped much faster than expected -- the day following placing the order. I installed it in my truck upon arrival a few days later and it worked perfectly. No issues with the unit or the programming. GREAT experience and exceeded my expectations. While I hope I never have another radio fail, I'll be coming back to Replacement Radios again should that be the case!
