Came in the mail and looked like it had never been used! went to the dealer the next day and had installed and programmed for only $120 which was less than half of the price of a replacement radio from the dealer. I am a very satisfied customer because you guys said it would fit my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado and it did. So glad I went here first before dropping $350 for one at the "Stealer"
