If you've got a 2007-2010 GM truck or SUV with Delco nav radio that has a bad DVD map drive, this is the repair service for you.
It is for Delco radios only, NOT the nav radios manufactured by Denso. You may have to pull your radio before ordering to confirm you have the Delco version. We will typically replace your existing drive within 5 business days and return the radio to you. The repair is covered by a 6 month warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: This repair is for drives that do not read the disc or give disc error messages, whether it be intermittent or all the time. It would will also solve load/eject problems. This is the drive behind the screen. It plays map discs only.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to
slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your package without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week.
Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.

DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
