This is a factory original GM LCD driver information screen with trim bezel.  It is black in color.  It is a New Old Stock assembly line leftover that has never been installed.  The screen is in perfect condition.  (Any bubbles you see on the screen are behind the screen protector, which you remove after installation.) The bezel, however, has some light blemishes from rubbing against a neighbor during transport. It includes a 6 month warranty.  It is GM part number 84743964. Our information shows it replaced 84569057, 86820216, 84499490 and 84692392. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility. 

You would use this if your screen needs replaced.  (Defective, damaged, etc.)  The cable to connect it is not included.  (You must already have it.)  Mounting hardware is not included.  (You should already have it.)  Instructions for installation are not included.  (You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.)

A basic search shows GM wants over $260 on their sites!!  Why pay those prices?!?
