ADDITIONAL INFO

Be aware that it might not be exactly the same as your current face, in terms of appearance. A few of the buttons might be labeled slightly differently. The knobs are also smooth instead of the ribbed version found on some of the vehicles below. The display lens color may also be different from your original but, if this bothers you, you can re-use your lens. (This is a bluish/greenish color.) None of those possible differences affect functionality or your ability to use the part.

A very small number of CD6 radios have a Tune knob that was rotated 45 degrees and the print on this Tune knob will be off-kilter on those radios as a result. If you want to see if yours has the rotated Tune knob, pull your existing Tune knob off, along with the white shaft behind it. Then look at the green socket that is left on the board when you remove the white shaft. If there is a groove on the inside of the socket at the very bottom of it, as well as grooves 90 degrees to each direction of the bottom one, this will work for you. Again, it works in the majority of cases. We just provide this info so you can check, if you are worried.

These faces have been in storage for 10+ years. They are new but some of them (particularly the ones with all white print) were not stored quite right and have picked up a few very minor scuffs, nicks or hair scratches over the years. They are still obviously new faces and are in very good condition overall. Certainly MUCH better than a face with a bunch of worn buttons.

Assembly is pretty easy. First you will remove the radio from the vehicle and let it sit at least 30 minutes before attempting the repair. Then you just pry the face off carefully and use a 1/8 nut driver to remove the display/control board from your face. You will also have to remove the knobs from the face before the board will come off.

Appearance may vary slightly from these pictures. Some buttons may be labeled a little differently but are still functional.
