This is a power cable for the Thinkware dash cams. It is spliced into your vehicle's wiring in order to provide power at all times. Connection via this method is required for some advanced Thinkware dash cam features that are enabled when the key is not in the ignition. (Like Super Night Vision, Time Lapse and parking surveillance.)
