Everything was great- prompt, in excellent condition. Imperial Audio over on SW 89th took about 20 minutes to exchange the units. The packaging was outstanding- it was a plus in dealing with the installer in that he could use it to forward the old unit to a refurbish shop. I notice the theft alarm light is noticeably brighter; probably the old power supply was deteriorating. All in all, completely satisfied.
