Product was in brand new shape, as advertised. The packaging was excellent, so no damage was made during shipping. Shipping was quick, and item was in perfect condition. Yanked the old radio out of the car, plugged the antenna into this new one, plugged in the two other plugs, and the radio works perfectly. No problems, whatsoever. I highly recommend this to anyone needing or wanting a new radio.
