This is a factory original rear entertainment video system that was an option in many Ford vehicles. If you are replacing a defective system, nothing else is required for most vehicles on the list below*. If you are adding this to a vehicle, you must make sure your head unit is capable of controlling the rear video system. (Most CD6 or Navigation radios were.) You will also need the harness to connect it to the radio (powers it up and allows communication with the radio), as well as a remote and headphones.

Please note: if your vehicle was not originally equipped with this option, be prepared to do some work. While it's not too difficult, it's not quite as simple as just slapping everything together. You may have to purchase brackets from the Ford dealer (or make them) in order to mount this to the roof of your vehicle. (Vehicles that were not originally equipped with this option were not usually equipped with the brackets.) You'll also need to get a harness. We cannot provide info on either of these items.

We do not accept returns on this item for any reason other than functional defect and then we will only issue an exchange. No refunds will be given. Please do your research BEFORE purchasing. We are not responsible if you are unable to get it mounted or change your mind. We are also not responsible for any damage your vehicle sustains during an install. Please also note that some of these will be programmed for Lincoln vehicles. This means it will display the programmed logo for a couple seconds on powering up. Obviously this is not a big deal but, if it truly bothers you, your Ford dealer may be able to program it so the Ford logo comes up instead. We do not guarantee this though.
