rate them a 5, I sent my item to them to be repaired on 12/09/20 and got it back in five days, I was thinking I wouldn\'t get it back before Christmas but I got it back a week before that, and it works great ,if u have any problem with your radio these r the people to send it to and they\'re reasonable,
