I sent in a radio that worked but the joystick needed repaired. I received the radio back and installed it. It would not power up and actually it was obvious that there was an internal short as the heat sink got HOT very quickly. I call and spoke with a representative and they indicated they had planned to send an e-mail explaining that this radio had been opened up before. There was a previous attempt to repair the radio.

I called in, there was a discussion about the process and the representative said that I would receive a refund on most of my repair costs as they should have contacted me before attempting the repair. I received the refund in short order.

I am very pleased with the outcome and would use your services again.
