If you've got a 2002+ Nissan car, truck, van or SUV with a bad single CD drive, this is probably the repair service you've been looking for. We will replace your existing single CD drive with a brand new one (typically within 3 business days) and return the radio to you. (CD drives for MP3 and CD6 radios are not covered under this repair.) A 6 month warranty is included.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your radio without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week. Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.
CD drives for MP3 or CD6 radios are not covered under this repair.
This is only for the CD and CD/Cass radios with drives that look like the one pictured. You should pop the top off your radio and confirm your drive looks like this BEFORE sending it in.
Any other repairs which are required are not covered at this price. If you need an additional repair, please contact us for a repair estimate.
DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
