If you've got a 2006-2009 Nissan CD6 MP3 WMA radio that is having CD read, load or eject problems and the top of the drive looks like the one pictured, this is the drive repair service for you. We will repair or replace your existing CD6 MP3 drive within 3 business days and return the radio to you. It includes a 6 month warranty.
This service is for CD6 MP3 WMA radios only. Further, the drive in your radio must look like the one pictured. If you send a radio in that is not compatible, we will return the radio to you and withhold a $30 evaluation and shipping fee from your refund.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your radio without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week. Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.
If you have CDs in your drive and would like them back, please choose the appropriate option from the drop-down list below. Your drive will be sent off to our drive rebuilders and we typically have it back, along with the CDs, within 3 weeks of the initial repair. (We put a drive from our inventory into your radio in order to get it back to you as soon as possible.)
If you attempt to remove CDs before sending the drive to us and damage parts inside the drive that would not normally need replaced (very likely), there will be an additional core charge of $25.
Any other repairs which are required are not covered at this price. If you need an additional repair, please contact us for a repair estimate.
