If you've got a 2003-2007 Toyota CD6 radio that us having CD read, load or eject problems and the top of the drive looks like the one pictured, this may be the drive repair service for you. We will repair or replace your existing CD6 drive within 3 business days and return the radio to you. It includes a 6 month warranty.
MAKE SURE your drive has the two kidney shaped openings in the top right corner (as seen in our pic) and NOT the single triangle. We can no longer repair the older (triangle) version. If you ignore this warning and/or do not check your drive in advance and we find you have the older version, there will a withholding of $30-$40 from your refund to account for time, return shipping and processing fees. Please don't say we didn't warn you...
This drive is not usually found in radios manufactured by Fujitsu Ten. If the sticker on the top of your radio says Fujitsu Ten on it, it is a safe assumption this repair is not for you. Either way, you need to pop the top off your radio and make sure it has the drive pictured in this ad, as detailed in the previous paragraph.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your radio without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week. Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.

If you attempt to remove CDs before sending the drive to us and damage parts inside the drive that would not normally need replaced (very likely), there will be an additional core charge of $50.
Any other repairs which are required are not covered at this price. If you need an additional repair, please contact us for a repair estimate.
DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
