Comment #1 - Customer Service: In regards to the customer service provided by "Replacement Radios", it was better than even some local brick & mortar stores. Originally, I had found what I needed (or thought I needed, as explained below) through Amazon, but, just to make certain, I contacted Kevin, via email, through Amazon's "Contact Seller" option, who, through a few back & forth emails, helped me to understand that my choice was incorrect for my particular vehicle. Next, I called Replacement Radios, and speaking with someone (I apologize, as I have forgotten his name) who was equally helpful, the correct item was determined. Because of the quality, and level, of their customer service, I decided NOT to order from Amazon, and, instead, purchase directly from the seller (cutting out any profit Amazon would make in being the "middle man"). Would I purchase from Replacement radios again? You bet ya, I would.
Comment #2 - SL3SAT-SXV300-T kit: Getting everything properly connected was a very simple "plug & play". The instructions included couldn't have been any simpler to follow. The hardest part of installation...which is why installing everything took approximately three hours...was due to my wanting to perform the cleanest possible installation. In this case, that meant removing the interior headliner, as well as the factory radio antenna, and running the SiriusXM antenna through the same roof opening as the factory antenna, which I positioned immediately behind the factory antenna, having no visible wires. Next, having installed my own backup camera (also plugged into the back of the factory stereo), I ran the antenna cable along the same route, so that everything remains hidden. Having driven to Santa Barbara for a 3-day vacation last weekend, I was able to enjoy (virtually...I drove through one tunnel which cut the music off for approximately 10-seconds) non-stop music the entire time.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you.
